The Role
SoFi is seeking a highly motivated self-starter Direct Mail Marketing Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our Direct Mail Marketing Associate will manage Direct Mail targeting strategy, execution and reporting, ensuring that our Direct Mail campaigns are effectively reaching and converting our target audiences.

What you'll do
- This role will be responsible for 3 key areas:
- Direct Mail Campaign Strategy
- Direct Mail Campaign Planning and Execution
- Direct Mail Attribution, Reporting and Optimization

Direct Mail Campaign Strategy
- Drive targeting strategies for both prospects and current SoFi members
- Responsible for ensuring that monthly Direct Mail campaigns meet or exceed product goals each month
- Own the strategic planning and campaign roadmap for the targeting of monthly Direct Mail campaigns across multiple SoFi products
- Organize brainstorms and planning meetings across SoFi teams and subsequently bring these ideas to life in upcoming campaigns
- Leverage real time Tableau performance data to make informed recommendations on upcoming Direct Mail campaigns and create test and learn plans
- Gain alignment/approval for monthly campaign strategies from internal stakeholders as needed to move forward
- Collaborate with Direct Mail creative team, ensuring that creative strategy aligns with targeting strategies
- Follow all updates to SoFi products that could have an impact on targeting strategies
- Stay on top of the competitive Direct Mail landscape
Direct Mail Campaign Execution
- Once strategies are approved, oversee that all campaigns are executed as intended
- Oversee each step of campaign execution from start to finish with the appropriate internal and external teams
- Work hand in hand with Direct Mail’s Project Manager to ensure that all timelines are achievable and deadlines are met
- Partner with SoFi’s Marketing Data Science team, working closely with them to ensure that approved strategies are successfully put into market
- Collaborate with internal Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Technology, Project and an Engineering teams as needed
- Continuously ensure that all teams are up to speed on the status of Direct Mail campaigns and keep teams informed of any anticipated changes or potential roadblocks
Direct Mail Attribution, Reporting and Optimization
- Provide weekly reporting for campaigns, providing insights on performance and next steps as a result of these insights
- Proactively review tableau dashboards on an ongoing basis to find areas for campaign improvement or audience level optimizations
- Aid in the creation and content of Direct Mail Campaign performance slides and decks for stakeholders and presents these on a monthly basis
What you'll Need
- B.A. with 5+ years of account management experience working either in a marketing dept or agency that executes campaigns on behalf of a brand/business
- Experience leading targeting strategy, campaign execution and reporting of marketing campaigns, Direct Mail specifically preferred
- Proven experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and managing outside vendors
- Experience working with a financial company or on financial products preferred
- Experience with Tableau reporting a plus

- Proficient in Excel and google suite of tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
