We are seeking a Digital Trading Director who will lead media buying efforts across OTT, programmatic, content, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital platform buying
- Develop and execute strategies for media buys across OTT, video programmatic, content, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Zepto, etc.).
- Ensure optimal media spend allocation and efficiency, that meet KPIs like OTR, CTR, and viewability.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in programmatic buying and digital trading to continually optimize buying strategies
- Leverage DSPs, SSPs, and other programmatic platforms to create seamless media buying solutions that drive results.
Trading on E-Commerce and Q-Commerce Platforms:
- Align trading strategies with the brand’s goals for commerce marketing, ensuring product visibility and sales on these platforms.
- Collaborate with commerce platforms to gather insights, secure premium placements, be first on alphas and betas and optimize ROI
Negotiation and Partner Management:
- Negotiate to secure favorable rates, premium access, and value-added deals.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key partners developing JBPs where necessary to ensure client KPIs delivery
- Track and evaluate the performance of media partners periodically
Campaign Performance and Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance adjust strategies in real-time to maximize delivery.
- Collect and use data insights and analytics to refine audience targeting and conversion.
- Oversee the allocation and pacing of media budgets across various digital platforms, ensuring optimal spending throughout the campaign duration.
- Ensure transparent and cost-effective media transactions, managing to avoid under or over-expenditure.
- Collaboration with Content and Strategy Teams:
- Work closely with internal content and strategy teams to align content buying
- Support the development of integrated campaigns that ensure synergy between media buys, creative execution, and client goals.

Compliance, Reporting, and Transparency:
- Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and internal governance policies.
- Provide regular, detailed performance reports to senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Track and report on media buying outcomes with a focus on transparency and accountability.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture of learning and excellence.

Encourage innovation within the team, empowering them to test new platforms, formats, and buying strategies.
Qualifications
Experience: 13-15 years in digital media buying, including hands-on experience with OTT, programmatic, content, and e-commerce platforms like Amazon and q-comm platforms like Zepto.
Technical Skills: Expertise in DSPs, SSPs, real-time bidding, and programmatic media buying technologies. Strong understanding of commerce media networks and retail platforms.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, performance-driven digital campaigns across diverse platforms, including achieving measurable results like ROI, VTR, OTR, CTR, and CPA.
Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with strong analytical skills, able to derive insights and implement actionable strategies based on performance data
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms with media platforms and partners, securing competitive rates and value-added services.
