We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Scout to join our team and shake up the digital market. We are looking for the kind of recruiter who sees a challenge and tackles it with relentless creativity, perseverance and innovation.

We are not just looking for someone who can find talent, we want someone who can nurture, cultivate and help it flourish. This is also not the type of role where you will just wait for talent to come knocking, we want a proactive powerhouse who goes out there and hunts it down with gusto.

More about the role:

  • Utilise a variety of channels including online platforms, industry events, and networking to identify and engage with potential digital talent.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and talent partners, nurturing them through the recruitment process and serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Act as a bridge between talent and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural add, to ensure alignment with organisational goals and values.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform talent acquisition strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company's employer brand positively and authentically, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and inform future decision-making.
  • Actively seek feedback, iterate on recruitment processes, and implement best practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.

About You:

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage with talent using innovative and creative approaches.
  • A natural relationship builder with a knack for establishing trust and credibility with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Ability to anticipate future talent needs, while also being able to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies, trends, and tools, with a passion for staying updated on the latest developments in the industry.
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Resourceful problem solver with the ability to overcome challenges and find creative solutions to recruitment obstacles.
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset, able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organisational landscape.
  • Genuine passion for connecting with people, understanding their motivations, and helping them achieve their full potential.
