Barbaricum is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Media Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives in support of the US Army Futures Command (AFC) Headquarters in its mission to ensure war-winning future readiness.
 
Personnel will support AFC’s HQ directorates, subordinate commands, research laboratories, innovation hubs, and Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs). An ideal candidate will play a key role in visually communicating the AFC mission, values, and strategic initiatives through creative and compelling design solutions. As a Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilites

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with organizational goals and marketing objectives
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and relevant digital content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and other digital channels
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize content based on analytics
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital media campaigns
  • Prepare regular reports and insights, providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's level degree from an accredited college or university with degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, Creative Writing or similar discipline required
  • Minimum 3 years of direct, relevant experience in designing and creating graphic presentations in both electronic and traditional media required; 5 additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement
  • Secret Clearance required
