We are looking for a digital sales expert to boost our new business growth in Romania and participate in the opportunity as Client Partner. Responsibilities:

  • Lead products sales efforts in Romania.
  • Develop short and long term revenue strategies together with stakeholders and other CPs in the team to deliver revenue growth.
  • Build, retain and grow a dedicated book of business consisting of top agencies and advertisers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and other defined KPIs.
  • Plan and execute winning account strategies, educate clients and agencies on the product.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external sales support stakeholders on managed products.
  • Spot market opportunities for new customers.
  • Generate new business leads by contacting prospects, networking, attending industry events and conferences and other tools and solutions that are relevant. 
  • Do regular reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
  • Manage CRM on a daily basis and develop and extend client database. 
  • Drive sales efficiencies through recommendations on the process, tool and product improvements

Core Functional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong background in media sales, with demonstrable knowledge of online marketing
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Systematic way of working combined with a strong “can do” attitude
  • Analytical and data focused with the ability to think both strategically and creatively
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity and a proactive problem solver
  • Tech curiosity with knowledge of Office tools or correspondent Google suite
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Close connections with key agencies and clients in Romania is an advantage
