Willow is seeking a Digital Project Manager who possesses a robust background in actively implementing and delivering digital projects. In this role, you'll be shaping business and digital strategies across projects and departments to foster value creation and gain a competitive edge. Moreover, you'll oversee and guide the execution of project implementation plans and procedures, demonstrate self-initiative in acquiring knowledge of new processes and technologies, and educate across the Willow organization. You'll be organizing and coordinating digital teams, and collaborating closely with design consultants, construction contractors/subcontractors, IT/OT vendors, systems integrators, and various internal and external project stakeholders on behalf of building and infrastructure owners/operators.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting end-to-end implementation of technology for our new and existing customers.
  • Overseeing site setup activities and testing in WillowTwin software offerings, along with leveraging our open-source ontologies to create digital twins with internal and external team members.
  • Creating strategies and tools to increase productivity while reducing risk in delivery.
  • Build a deep understanding of product and solution architecture to support customer use-cases, outcomes, and ROI.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvements to drive increased value and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Built Environment or Architecture and 5-7 years of experience in AEC project delivery, Software as a Service (SaaS) platform implementation, or consulting management.
  • Experience in managing multiple complex delivery activities across several customer accounts simultaneously is a must.
  • Passionate and excited about fast-paced project delivery with proven ability to find creative ways to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Hands-on experience with BIM, Design Technology, Graph Databases, or Data Management/Analysis is a plus.
  • Domain knowledge within Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Rail, Facilities Management, Asset Management, or Operations is preferred.
