The Head of Digital is and experienced lead in digital communications and advertising, who has led multidisciplinary teams and worked closely with other areas to evolve and innovate in work for a client. Has an entrepreneurial style and is great with operational and organizational tasks to evolve the service and business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and align a regional and multidisciplinary client operation as the leader of our Digital deliverables for this client across Latin America, ensuring quality and operational performance, deadline adherence and a consistent delivery of a first-class quality work in always-on social media content;
- Provide senior client counsel and guidance to client’s leadership and internal/external staff, ensuring the team's success by managing work quality and productivity levels;
- Hold self and staff accountable for behavior and performance, acting as a positive role model for effective teamwork and facilitating the operation of the team;
- Will be one of the main client’s relationship managers, working closely and reporting to the client lead, with a dotted line to the local Digital VP, building a trusted and deep partnership thereby putting digital at the center of client’s communication needs in coordination with the offline agenda;
- Lead a diverse team of digital specialists in an extremely fast paced work environment, activate listening to client feedback and translating their high-level business problems into clear objectives and actionable deliverables;
- Oversee teams in multiple countries, guaranteeing brand narrative consistency, briefing adherence and strategic use of the client’s social media ecosystem, considering content is delivered in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
- Direct interface with client teams on a day-to-day basis, overseeing content calendar planning and doing schedule adaptations when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project manager experience, plus 3+ digital and social media experience, especially in content development in large clients;
- Marketing and advertising background necessary.
- Strong leadership qualities including superb people management skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Track record of detailed, responsible, client-related finance management, including comprehensive management of client budgets.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Can maintain relationships with senior-level clients and internal contacts.
