Role Overview

As a Digital Product Manager at Capco you will be playing a key role in the delivery of projects, working on client site to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading clients across Financial Services and Insurance sectors. Fitting that description, you will also need to be supremely motivated person and able to work in a team where clients become colleagues too.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
  • Design workflows, user interface and datasets
  • Manage end to end lifecycle in the product development stages
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
  • Manage stakeholder updates
  • Communicating change and driving change management

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience as a Digital Product PM
  • Strong understanding on digital products and banking experience is highly preferred
  • Responsible for delivering projects and good understanding of Agile delivery methodology
  • Working on client site to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across financial services
  • Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem solving skills, e.g. Defining and deconstructing problems
  • Prioritizing issues, analysis, and team capacity
  • Ability to analyse operational and financial data
  • Manage projects and individuals workstreams
  • Communicating project statuses to senior management
