We are seeking a Manager of Digital Product Management to support our Fortune 100 financial services client’s digital transformation initiatives.  This role sits within the Enterprise Digital Application Experiences team, a core part of cardmember acquisition.  This team is responsible for growing new accounts acquired, billed business acquired, and accounts receivable by accelerating the completed applications experience for the organization’s global customer base.

In this role, you will support the acquisition experience for the US Consumer market. Your goal will be to provide a robust and streamlined experience for card applicants.  You will anticipate the capabilities needed to address regulatory requirements, streamline the application process, and simplify the jobs of the customer service team.  You will work in partnership with teams across the US Consumer division to develop an understanding of customer needs across all channels such as online, telemarketing, in-person, and partner.

The Details:

  • Location: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite required in NYC, Phoenix AZ, or Sunrise FL)
  • Duration: 6-month consulting role with the potential for extension

What you’ll do:

As a Manager of Digital Product Management, you will play a critical role within a team that supports many enterprise business priorities throughout the consumer credit card application process.

  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and growth opportunities.
  • Assess value, develop use cases and prioritize features and user stories to ensure that work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the product strategy.
  • Work closely with your partners and colleagues to create and maintain a feature backlog.
  • Craft high quality user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
  • Take a leading role in the iteration planning and product release plans, creating clear sprint/increment goals.
  • Take a leading role in delivery of features as they progress through the development lifecycle, mitigating impediments and tracking completion against sprint/increment goals.
  • Develop a keen understanding of customer experience, researching and analyzing user experience data and analytics to identify and quantify opportunity areas.
  • Keep up to date with industry, competitors, and new trends.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management/Development, preferably within the Financial Services industry
  • Passion for creating best-in-class products and customer experiences with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to build, maintain and prioritize a product backlog
  • Proven track record with consumer-facing product(s) and a core product vision
  • Ability to effectively adapt under changing task priorities and in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, critical thinker with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver on shared objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement
  • Driven, curious, and diligent problem solver with a willingness to learn, challenge the status quo, and collaborate to make an impact
  • Experience in matrixed organizations and cross-functional environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Experience with Agile software development and collaboration tools such as Rally Software, Atlassian (JIRA) Suite, Slack a plus
  • Prior experience within GO2, PEGA or JAVA is a plus

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The pay range for this role is $65-70/hr (W2).  Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
