About the job
As a Digital product leader, you will have the chance to lead the development and implementation of viable, valuable, feasible, and desirable digital products, including the opportunity to spearhead a product aimed at simplifying internal and external product communication. You will be accountable for the product backlog (build, edit, and maintain) and prioritisation, for solution requirements through user stories to meet business needs and user experience.
You will create and communicate a product vision while leading an empowered and motivated product team. Acting as the bridge between our business partners and product teams, you'll collaborate closely with our capability area to prioritise the product backlog and define OKRs.
Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, you'll work alongside your colleagues to ensure data and technology is connected. While representing the needs of the IKEA stakeholder community, you'll be the voice of our users, ensuring that our efforts consistently deliver maximum value.

This role is full-time (40-hours per week) and based in Älmhult, Sweden with travel to the office in Malmö will occur occasionally. This role sits in the Range Operations, Digital Product Area of Commercial and reports to Digital Product Manager.
