Digital Product Leader | IKEA Marketing & Communication AB

As a Digital Product leader, you will have the chance to lead the development of our digital products, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure that our digital products are successfully developed, launched, and meet user needs. This role requires a combination of business understanding as well as a technical understanding, you are eager to learn and have a solution-minded attitude. There will be positions as digital product leaders available in the areas of AI, 3D, data and analytics. 

Your will: 

• Create and share a product roadmap & backlog (build, edit and maintain) and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and business needs. 
• Strong ability to communicate and creating trustful relationships in collaborative processes developing ideas into concrete product features and new business potential. 
• Lead and empower cross-functional teams to successful launch and adoption of the product. 
•  Analyze and share product performance and use data to make informed decisions for future product development 
• Passionate about technology and trends that create better solutions and bring business and user value 
• Ability to handle complexity and solve problems through simplicity 
• High entrepreneurial drive: Stretching boundaries, challenging what already exists, always striving to develop a better digital landscape.

We believe you are passionate about technology and business, with a mix of strategic mindset to turn trends and requirements into practical solutions.  As a digital product leader, you will be responsible for representing and advocating for the needs and voices of both stakeholders and users.  

We also believe you have: 

• Knowledge and experience leading digital products and connected ways of working. 
• Experience and interest in new technologies for digital marketing and content production technologies such as 3D and GenAI.   
• Master's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent work experience in comparable position (digital marketing a plus) 
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product way of working 
• Ability to balance technical requirements with user needs and business priorities 
• Knowledge of product analytics and data-driven decision-making 
• Excellent communication skills, knowledge of change management, work collaboratively and a creative problem solver 
• Strong business insight and with a strategic and commercial mind-set  
• Knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms
