Job Summary

RPA is seeking a well-rounded Digital Producer/Project Manager with expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating technical, data-driven projects, with a primary focus on CDP initiatives.

As a Digital Producer with CDP responsibilities, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects related to Customer Data Platforms. This role reports to the Executive Digital Producer in charge of CDP and digital marketing production.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful project outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of CDP technologies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The scope of work encompasses not only CDP-focused projects but also extends to other domains, including email development and execution, development of customer journeys, creation of dynamic data-driven dashboards, and similar tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

  • CDP Strategy and Planning:
    • Leverage existing CDP strategy aligned with business objectives to create, build, implement and deliver customer journeys for client programs and projects.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features and enhancements for the CDP.
  • Program Leadership:
    • Lead end-to-end project management for CDP initiatives, from conception to delivery.
    • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on program status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Project and resource Management:
    • Develop SOW’s, project plans, timelines, and estimates, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
    • Identify and address any bottlenecks or challenges in the project lifecycle and monitor project financials, including budget and burn rates.
  • Risk Management:
    • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with CDP implementations.
    • Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen issues and ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity of customer data.
    • Work closely with data governance teams to uphold data quality standards.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Collaborate with external vendors and partners for CDP-related solutions.
    • Evaluate and select vendors based on technical requirements and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an information technology professional with a focus on CDP implementations (or similar)
  • Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms and related technologies.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, managing large, complex, strategic, data-driven projects.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Adobe CDP or similar knowledge is a plus.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platform experience.
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of an advertising agency setting.
  • Utility or Energy account experience.
  • Knowledge in or use of Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools, Azure, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Adobe Experience Platform, Monday.com and Smartsheets.

The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $5,208.33, with an annualized equivalent of $125,000.
