The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee shared service delivery operations organization providing quality media operations to support the Media and Performance brands. The Director will lead teams focused on specific sub-practice delivery activities, to deliver excellence in client service. Have oversight and accountability for delivery operations activities including operational support of client platform configuration and maintenance, campaign set up and optimisation, media delivery and reconciliation, reporting and supplier validation. The role ensures a coordinated focus on best practice, process and policy understanding, and continuous improvement and the person taking on this opportunity will be responsible for the following items:
- Leading and overseeing shared service delivery operations organisation providing quality media operations to support our Media and Performance brands, through proactive engagement and maintain relationships with the Media Practice lead
- Leading teams focused on media delivery activities required to deliver excellence in client delivery service, builds and develops high performing teams focused on media delivery and supplier operations processes
- Delivering operational activities and drives excellence in customer service through accurate and consistent media delivery
- Driving a culture of operational excellence in all processes and activities.
- Leading the service team in running root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to improve day-to-day work and support in resolving issues with the broader business
- Identifying and implementing operational best practices locally in coordination with Head of Media Operations
- Understanding and continually assessesing the role of the team in serving client needs including relevant
- At least 5 year of work experience in IM//Media agencies with IM/PR and social project management (mainly Italian, an international experience is preferred) with a role of responsibility.
- Team-working attitude, experience in junior resources management. Autonomy in team training and inspiration initiatives;
- A strong passion and proven experience in digital marketing, creativity and social project/integrated campaigns. Experience in collaborating with strategy and media areas. A media oriented approach is preferred (previous experience in media agency or media group/company).
- Understanding of marketing and social media trends
- Experience in social platforms, internal analysis tools, online monitoring and measurement tools;
- Italian mother language. Fluent English, spoken and written.
