We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our team in Hollywood, CA this role will work across several lines of business, encompassing Fender’s major product launches, eCommerce efforts, and New Player initiatives. This person will have a strong Paid Media background at either an agency or high-growth company. This role will focus on optimizing and improving our paid media campaigns across various lines of business and, in conjunction with the rest of the Paid team, lead the execution of projects across the company. Additionally, this role will provide operational support as needed to ensure smooth implementations of various campaigns.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Hollywood office.

Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role – especially as a new hire – and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $95,000.00 – 140,000.00
