Digital Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and UAC) with a focus on maximizing app installs, user acquisition, and engagement.
    • Manage end-to-end app campaigns, from setup to analysis, using Google App Campaigns and other channels too.
    • Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and improve ROI.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet acquisition goals for mobile apps, aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (product, content, creative) to design and implement integrated campaigns that drive app downloads and usage.
  • Optimization & Analytics:
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost per acquisition (CPA), retention rates, lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and Adjust to track performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
    • A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Budget Management:
    • Oversee the digital marketing budget for Google and app campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.
    • Track and report on monthly spend and performance, providing forecasts and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with tech teams and app developers to ensure smooth execution and tracking of campaigns.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and app store optimization (ASO) to enhance campaign effectiveness.

 

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on app campaigns and mobile acquisition.
    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, or other mobile marketing tools.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, mobile user behavior, and app ecosystem dynamics.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing large advertising budgets and delivering ROI-positive campaigns.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
