- Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, and other platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics etc.
- Analyze user behavior, campaign results, and social media metrics to optimize and improve future marketing efforts.
- Familiar with XiaoHongShu platform, including its user base, content trends, and marketing opportunities.
- Able to write and speak in Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure and be able to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
