Digital Marketing Project Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director, Project Management in Mexico, the role of the Project Manager at Jellyfish is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, managing the schedule, and tracking the output of the practitioners to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, and meeting standards, and client goals.

This particular Project Manager role will have a technical focus, leaning towards management of Martech projects while both execution, client management and leadership will be part of a daily basis.

• High English proficency.
• Mid-level project management fundamentals (e.g., schedule dependency and project planning) and can exercise them on a project with guidance.
• Hands-on execution and leading by example
• 3+ years experience identifying unique project circumstances requiring escalation to team leadership.
• 3+ years of experience managing 5 to10 projects at a time
• Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with partners through regular communication and Client Plan ownership (often across multi-project work-streams).
• Basic experience in Risk management
• Mid-Experience using project management tools for task/time/resource management, plus methodologies including waterfall and Agile
• Experience with client-facing communication.
• A passion for digital and a desire to enhance skills

What You'll Need

• Strong communication skills, dealing with stakeholders at executive and managing levels
• Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement along with proposed solutions.
• Basic Experience supporting Senior Management levels plans

Advantageous

• Knowledge of the broader marketing mix and Google's technology stack
• An understanding of the technologies and processes involved in managing digital project delivery within an agency environment
