Digital Marketing Project Manager

The role of the Project Manager within the business is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, managing the schedule, and tracking the output of the practitioners to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, and meeting standards, and client goals.

Execution and leadership will be part of a daily basis.

• Basic-Medium English
• Mid-level project management fundamentals (e.g., schedule dependency and project planning) and can exercise them on a project with guidance.
• Hands-on execution and leading by example
• 3+ years experience identifying unique project circumstances requiring escalation to team leadership.
• 3+ Basic experience managing 5-10 projects at a time
• Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with internal & external stakeholders through regular communication and Client Plan ownership (often across multi-project work-streams).
• Basic experience in Risk management and problem-solving
• Mid-Experience using project management tools for task/time/resource management
• Mid-experience using project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile
• A passion for digital and a desire to enhance skills

What You'll Need

• Strong communication skills, dealing with stakeholders at executive and managing levels
• Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement along with proposed solutions.
• Basic Experience supporting Senior Management levels initiatives
• Basic Experience in client-facing at middle management

Advantageous

• Knowledge of the broader marketing mix
• Knowledge of Google's technology stack
• An understanding of the technologies and processes involved in managing digital project delivery within an agency environment
