Digital Marketing Performance Analyst - REF2165R

You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing all digital channels subsequently drive performance. You  provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders (campaign managers, business owners ….). Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze all digital  channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, website and email marketing….
  • Provide regular (comprehensive) reports/analysis with actionable insights on campaigns to stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align gtm tactics / strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of all digital channels enhancing the customer journey and maximizing channel effectiveness.
  • Spoc for overall holistic x channel analysis
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in digital channel / campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities for synergy and optimization across different digital channels (tools, budget, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities  and ensure implementation of automated reports / dashboards to streamline data collection, unification, analysis
  • Utilize data modeling and predictive analytics techniques to generate forecasts and predictions
  • Completed studies (min. Bachelor) with a focus on statistics, mathematics, business informatics, data science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Extensive experience of digital marketing channels and deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns and trends
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders in a simple, concise and actionable manner - Data storytelling
  • Deep understanding of underlying technologies (Tracking, Reporting, Analytics, APIs….)
  • Good understanding of business-oriented use and technical management of databases, big data, AI, machine learning, data processes and data quality issues
  • Organizational and very good teamworking skills
  • Very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written (C2)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, solution oriented mindset
  • Experience working in global organizations and with international teams
  • +10 years of experience
