Slip Robotics, a rapidly growing robotics company specializing in industrial-size robots for truck loading and unloading, is seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to drive our content creation. This role will develop and execute a robust content strategy, manage email campaigns, social media, and webinars, and collaborate with an external digital agency to optimize SEO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a deep understanding of how to engage both prospects and customers through compelling marketing efforts.
Slip Robotics is located in Atlanta, GA, just northeast of the perimeter. This position requires a majority of on-site work.

Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth.
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to increase awareness and conversions.
- Oversee Google Ads (AdWords, Display, YouTube) and other search marketing initiatives.
- Explore and manage Reddit and other relevant digital platforms to engage niche audiences.
- Coordinate and optimize paid ad placements with third-party publishers.
- Rapidly test, analyze, and iterate on campaign performance to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Optimize website performance and build high-converting landing pages for digital campaigns.
- Own and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Track and analyze performance across all channels, providing insights on campaign effectiveness and contributions to pipeline growth.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing in a B2B setting.
- Proven expertise in paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, Display, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns and automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with landing page creation, A/B testing, and CRO strategies.
- Ability to rapidly test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to execute and iterate independently.
- Experience in robotics, logistics, or manufacturing industries is a plus but not required.
