Requirements

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, measure and optimize our digital marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the optimization of Sidetrade’s digital customer journey to drive demand and pipeline conversion. Your mission is to enhance Sidetrade’s online visibility and attract high-quality leads through targeted digital initiatives.

The right candidate will drive engagement with prospects and customers through digital channels including the Sidetrade website. You will be in charge of all external online marketing (SEM, SEO, & Paid Social), managing the execution and optimization across channels and how they can be leveraged as key elements of our integrated marketing programs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies and third-party vendors to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee and optimize SEM, SEO, and paid social campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Maintain and develop the global and regional websites with a particular focus on SEO optimisation; ensure visibility, usability, compatibility, and visual consistency across commonly used browsers and devices
  • Implement digital advertising strategies encompassing SEO, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Design and optimize digital campaigns to reach monthly and quarterly goals
  • Track digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights and recommendations based on KPIs.

 What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years in B2B digital marketing, preferably in enterprise software.
  • Proven ability in optimizing WordPress sites with web design skills.
  • Strong knowledge and experience implementing SEO strategies and techniques.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Demonstrated expertise with paid social campaigns.
  • Experience orchestrating and measuring the success of comprehensive digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficient with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with display and programmatic advertising.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
