Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany. 

Position Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll be doing

Inbound Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for RTG brands.
  • Utilize various digital channels including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising to drive traffic and convert leads.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Filter & categorize leads on CRM to ensure proper delivery to sales  

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and develop strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to enhance website visibility.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content to align with SEO best practices.
  • Manage content production for website SEO such as blogs, case studies & articles 
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance while adjusting strategies as needed.

Paid Campaigns

  • Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize ad spending to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Continuously test and refine ad creatives and targeting strategies.

Website Optimization

  • Manage and optimize RTG brands' websites to improve user flow and increase conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance site performance.
  • Work with in-house developers and designers to enhance website experience and content. 
  • Regularly update website content to ensure relevancy and up-to-date content.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Track, measure, and analyze all marketing campaigns to understand effectiveness and ROI.
  • Use analytics tools to gather data on website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.

Content Strategy & Production

  • Develop and manage a content calendar to support brand awareness, lead generation, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and informative content for RTG’s brands that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure all content is tailored for different platforms and channels. 

Social Media Management

  • Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Develop social media campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on-budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

Requirements

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  •  Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies and campaigns.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive results, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
