THE POSITION

The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on leading our digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with proven expertise in managing HubSpot, social media channels, digital asset design, paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), analytics, search engine optimization, and web development. Working closely with the marketing team and reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and driving our marketing objectives.

IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:

  • Collaborate across functions and teams to develop digital marketing strategies
  • Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns consistent with brand voice
  • Create on-brand digital assets to support marketing campaigns across channels
  • Grow the social media presence with organic posts and community engagement
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and performance
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and create custom reports to inform strategy adjustments and demonstrate results
  • Manage and enhance our web presence using WordPress and HubSpot CMS, ensuring an optimal user experience

FOR THIS POSITION, WE LOOK FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, preferably in Life Sciences
  • Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub 
  • Experience in GA4 and HubSpot reports
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tactics
  • Web development experience, preferably WordPress
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across channels
  • Superior communication skills; listening, written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, and a proven ability to meet urgent deadlines

Market Pay Range - Exact compensation will be dependent on skills, education and experience relevant to the position
