Summary of the role: M-Files is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing efforts in the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark) driving pipeline generation across multiple channels. As a hands-on contributor, you will have the opportunity to learn, execute, and grow within our growth marketing team while capitalizing on your digital marketing skills. This role involves close collaboration with Growth Marketing Managers and other cross-functional teams, to develop and execute effective digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning, executing, and iterating, contributing to the overall success of our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is in Sweden due to the particular focus & requirement for growth in this region. The role can be home or office based (Stockholm) but some travel to the office and internationally will be required.
What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:
- ·Develop and implement paid digital marketing campaigns in the Nordics, working closely with Growth Marketing Managers to localize strategies and drive pipeline generation and MQLs.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, improving performance through adjustments to keywords, ads, landing pages, and quality scores. Continually seek new opportunities around emerging search trends.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights, and optimize based on local objectives.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to create market relevant content and ads tailored to the Nordics market.
- Oversee regional cost-per-lead (CPL) programs and manage relationships with external platforms.
- Support the development of ABM initiatives in the region, helping to drive awareness and MQLs among key target accounts.
- Apply global SEO recommendations to enhance organic visibility in the Nordic region by identifying region-specific keywords and developing partnerships with local platforms to increase referral traffic and brand presence.
- Lead the development and optimization of landing pages through A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:
- Native Swedish speaker who is also fluent in English (written and spoken). Norwegian, Danish or Finnish language skills are a strong advantage.
- 2+ years of experience managing B2B campaigns in Google ads, including a valid Google Ads Search Certification and proficiency with Google Ad Editor.
- 2+ years of experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns, with a deep understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and audience builder.
- Proficiency in performance analysis tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio or PowerBI.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in a cross-functional and international team environment.
- Self-motivated, with strong project management skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with creative teams to develop impactful ad campaigns for the Nordics market.
- Knowledge of 6sense for audience targeting and segmentation is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
- SEO and keyword research experience specific to the Nordics region would be beneficial.
- Background in the B2B SaaS industry, especially in shaping digital marketing strategies, is highly valued.
