Digital Marketing Manager

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across the ASEAN region. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with a strong track record in digital campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. As the regional digital lead, you will play a critical role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through data-informed strategies and integrated channel execution. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across key channels, including social media, content, email, and paid media. Use performance data to guide strategy, set clear KPIs, manage budgets, and continuously optimize to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Channel & Performance Optimization: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital channels and tactics. Leverage analytics tools to gain actionable insights, improve channel mix, and maximize the return on digital marketing investment.
  • Stakeholder & Internal Client Management: Act as the digital marketing lead and service partner for the ASEAN region to internal business units and project teams. Translate business objectives into digital strategies, ensure timely and quality execution, and maintain strong communication and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and grow a high-performing in-house digital marketing team. Provide clear direction, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Content Oversight & Brand Alignment: Oversee the development of digital marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and campaign goals across all platforms.
  • Champion Digital Best Practices: Serve as a digital marketing thought leader for the organization. Partner with the L&D team to drive capability-building initiatives, facilitate knowledge sharing, and elevate the overall performance and productivity of the wider marketing organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience with proven success in campaign planning & execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
  • Proficient in digital platforms and tools including SEO/SEM, social media, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools such as Eloqua/Marketo.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective marketing actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working across multiple internal teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong content and messaging skills, with attention to brand consistency and audience impact.
  • Strong can-do and high self-motivation. Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating marketing teams.
  • Language requirement: English is required; proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage.
