As a Digital Marketing Manager for Enterprise reporting to the Senior Director of B2B Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing strategies to new heights. This position demands a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, a knack for innovation, and a deep understanding of the B2B landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives tailored to enterprise clientele, contributing directly to our company's growth and market positioning

Responsibilities:

  • Account-Based Mindset: Develop and implement tailored account-based marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and marketing targets for key accounts
  • Event Management: Coordinate webinars and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Use digital analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on our digital marketing initiatives' performance by campaign and persona, making adjustments as needed for optimum results
  • Email Marketing: Own and lead email marketing campaigns, craft compelling content, monitor metrics like open rates and click-through rates
  • Digital Advertising: Proven results from using a wide variety of display platforms and LinkedIn advertising
  • Sales Enablement Focused: Build and maintain daily interaction with the sales and sales development teams, their goals are your goals and you will win or lose together
  • Data Obsessed: Data-driven decisions are mandatory, and a full understanding of the marketing and sales funnels while optimizing to hit goals within budget

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing or demand generation role
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including CRM platforms, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing software
  • Salesforce and Hubspot fluency with 6sense knowledge preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and ability to work effectively across functions
  • Strong analytical skills and clear communication abilities
  • Extra impressive: 
    • Hubspot certification
    • 6sense certification
    • Transcription/caption/subtitle background
    • Work at company that has both B2C and B2B motions
