About the role

As Digital Marketing Manager you will work across all Auctane brands globally. You will be responsible for creating and managing high-performing display, remarketing and paid social campaigns that grow revenue and brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will work to identify opportunities for optimization in existing channels and new channels to test.

About the Team

The Performance Marketing team is a cross-functional group full of smart, talented, and experienced professionals. We are a small but nimble team managing a multimillion dollar media mix that includes PPC, paid social, display, TV, audio, affiliates, direct mail, and more.

What will you be doing?

• Manage our display, remarketing and paid social advertising programs, collaborate with our content and creative teams to test, learn, and optimize.
• Allocating and optimizing media budget to meet performance and brand-building goals.
• Manage and direct our paid media agencies to maximize growth.
• Closely analyze paid media metrics, regularly making optimizations and recommendations for improvement.
• Implement paid media programs for newly launched countries.
• Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with analytics and business operations, our agencies, and intelligence partners to build a world-class performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization.
• Identify and implement new programs and channels to test.
• Help manage non-paid channels as needed.

What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in a paid media role.
• 4-year college degree, preferably in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience as a marketing professional (preferred)
• Direct ad management experience required.
• A history of managing highly-performant paid media programs.
• Highly organized and analytical professional who makes data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with a variety of different departments and the ability to build business relationships
• Experience with various marketing tools (Asana, Hubspot, Looker, Google Suite, Jira, Airtable, etc.)
• Strong time management skills; able to multitask and prioritize according to business needs.
• Motivated by improving performance over time.
