We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to take charge of our social media presence across multiple platforms. This individual will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing social media strategies, and ensuring the brand stays relevant in a fast-evolving digital landscape. You should also be comfortable on-camera and have experience with video production. Occasional in-person meetings in Makati will be required for planning and collaboration.
- Own and manage all brand-owned social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Create and appear in video content, particularly for short-form platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos, ensuring they are tailored for each platform's audience and trends.
- Initiate and lead social engagement projects that promote community interaction and growth.
- Respond to social media comments and inquiries in a timely manner to foster user engagement.
- Design, create, and manage social media ad campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Sprout Social to measure performance and make data-driven decisions for future content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media to ensure content remains fresh and innovative.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of social media management and content creation experience, ideally with digital platforms or tech brands. Experience managing multinational brands is a plus.
- Video Production: Experience in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos, especially for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- On-Camera Presence: Comfortable being on camera and creating video content for social media.
- Social Media Tools: Expertise in tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or other management platforms.
- Analytics & Strategy: Strong understanding of social media analytics and proven ability to leverage data for strategy improvements.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Filipino, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop engaging, trend-focused content.
