We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to complement our Netatmo Amazon Team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement on the Amazon platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote our products on the Amazon channel, in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities on Amazon.
- Manage product listings, including optimizing product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search visibility and drive conversions.
- Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads, to maximize ROI and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising spend) on Amazon and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon account managers and leverage platform tools and resources to drive growth and profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in Amazon policies and algorithms, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports and updates on Amazon channel performance to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Fluent in English

Bac+5 degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in marketing management roles (3 years + of experience), with a focus on e-commerce and Amazon channel management.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Marketplace, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, and advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) to interpret performance metrics and drive strategic decision-making.
- Experience with Amazon SEO, keyword research, and product listing optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities and challenges.
