The Role

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will drive digital strategies and deliver impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate valuable leads. This is an exciting chance to contribute to the future of food hygiene by shaping solutions that promote efficiency and safety.

Your role will include travel to client sites, offering insights into customer experiences that inspire authentic and effective marketing campaigns. By immersing yourself in the challenges and opportunities of the industry, you’ll:

  • Develop tailored market segmentation strategies informed by first-hand knowledge.
  • Craft marketing campaigns that genuinely connect with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns, including social media, PPC, and email, to drive leads and boost brand awareness.
  • Produce engaging content for a technical B2B audience, such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and case studies.
  • Optimise the company website to enhance user experience, improve SEO rankings, and maximise lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Leverage analytics to track performance, report KPIs, and refine strategies for optimal results.

Requirements

We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker with:

  • 2-3 years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within technical or manufacturing sectors.
  • Expertise in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn, with proven engagement success.
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics (GA4), and website optimisation.
  • Strong content creation skills, particularly for technical, audience-focused materials.
  • Experience using CRM systems and deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites to gather insights that enhance marketing effectiveness.
