Your influential mission. You will...
- Manage, review, and perform daily responsibilities associated with all our Paid platforms, inc. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook etc.;
- Work closely with agency partners to ensure all Paid Media campaigns are managed effectively using project management tools;
- Review analytics data to measure and optimize the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, offer performance across channels, and provide weekly/monthly reporting, including reviewing metrics such as ROIs, ARPUs, CPAs, etc.
- Monitor daily acquisition performance of paid media channels, mitigating risks & issues in a timely manner;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop offers (including drafting of terms) and marketing assets (e.g. landing pages, graphical ad templates)
- Research market, and competitors and offer trends and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance with support from internal teams;
- Collaborate with team members (e.g. design, web support) to improve the customer experience;
- Review regularly landing pages, player journeys, and registration process to optimize customer journeys and support conversion efforts;
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (manage image optimization, blog schedule, etc.).
- Present in meetings on digital marketing/acquisition performance and collaborate with team members on new initiatives & upcoming plans.

- Demonstrate solid experience working with popular Paid Search and/or Paid Social platforms, e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook.
- Bring experience with B2C website analysis & metrics, using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
- Possess proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Maintain strong organizational skills & time management.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills (oral & written).
- Embrace an analytical mindset.
- Have the ability to research trends, competitors, markets, offers, etc.
