The role is varied and dynamic and it needs someone who is highly organised and motivated. We need someone who understands that the online customer journey requires different content and approaches, and that demand generation is always a work in progress.  We’re looking for a proactive and confident Digital Marketing Executive who wants to grow their knowledge and skills. Someone who’s seeking an opportunity to work on projects that could span industries, countries and maybe even the world.    This is a role where you will grow personally and professionally, and you’ll be supported along the way by your team and your leader.   

  

How will you be doing it 

  • Be the Marketing team lead and expert for the Euromonitor International corporate website: https://www.euromonitor.com/  
  • Create new content pages/microsites on website and for campaigns (new products, content, acquisition), update existing pages and support the ongoing strategy for the EMI website.  
  • Explore functionality of current CMS and provide recommendations for improvements to the customer journey. 
  • Use personalisation tools within the CMS to push relevant and targeted content to visitors 
  • Build conversion points/pages in CMS and in the Marketo marketing automation platform.   
  • Support SEO/SEM activities and on-page content development. 
  • Track performance in Google Analytics and using other tools such as Google Search Console, Moz, Semrush,  plus others as required.  
  • Report on digital leads generated using Salesforce CRM.  

 

What you’ll need 

  • Enjoyment of  working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across many functions and departments.  
  • Have 1 to 2 years (or more!) experience within digital marketing, client or agency-side. B2B is preferred, but we definitely do value B2C expertise.  
  • Can show tangible results in increasing on page conversions and generating leads.   
  • Content management systems (CMS) to maintain and manage websites.  
  • CRMs such as Salesforce, Dynamics, SugarCRM.   Google Suite incl: Google Analytics (GA4). Search Console, Tag Manager. 
  • SEO/SEM tools: E.g. Moz, SEMRush   
  • Experience of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Eloqua.  
  • Have content / copywriting expertise: Short form or long form content.

The interview process 

  • Initial Video Call; with a member of our Talent Acquisition team (chat through your CV and learn more about us as a company and the role) 
  • Video Call Interview; with the Hiring Manager and potentially another team member (explore your experience and see if there is a fit for the team and role) 
  • Small test here: not lengthy and with a purpose 
  • Face2Face Interview; visit our London office and meet the team.  

The TA team will be on hand throughout the entire process to provide support and champion you!
