Why you want this job
As Digital Marketing Associate on our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and performing seasonal, cross-channel marketing campaigns as we continue to grow, engage, and retain our customers. This position requires a strong ability to collaborate with multiple team members as you’ll partner closely with all members of the CRM team as well as other marketing groups responsible for creating effective marketing campaigns.
What you’ll do
- Campaign coordination – In collaboration with partners across CRM, marketing operations, development, analytics, and creative teams, establish and maintain a calendar of cross-channel and seasonal campaigns and guide the timely and accurate execution of those campaigns.
- Customer segmentation – use our customer data platform to identify target audiences and partner with marketing operations experts to ensure smooth execution of campaigns across email, SMS, push, and storefront personalization.
- Testing and optimization – actively test, learn, and iterate with every campaign and continuously use thoughtful testing and optimization to refine our messaging and audience targeting, and provide more relevant and personalized customer experiences.
- Data analysis and reporting - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, communicate results, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Why we will love you
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or a related field, preferably in an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer business
- Proficiency in using Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation tools
- Experience targeting specific customer segments and audiences
- Ability to collaborate with multiple partners to complete marketing campaigns that deliver on business critical metrics (conversion, revenue, orders, AOS)
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over quality and accuracy
- Comfortable creating customer-facing communications and experiences
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
