We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our expanding Creative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and sustaining our digital marketing processes alongside executing measurable campaigns that drive engagement across digital channels. This brand-new, pivotal role offers a talented individual the chance to shape and contribute to the future of our marketing efforts.

You should have a strong interest in healthcare marketing and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, along with a genuine dedication to delivering exceptional service to both colleagues and clients. As the first Digital Marketing Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to shape your own career and the broader development of our in-house marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but not essential if you demonstrate relevant experience and aptitude. Showing initiative and bringing fresh ideas to projects are key aspects of this role. Being organised, self-motivated, and eager to work both independently and within a team is important.

Our recruitment process includes a video interview which can be conducted at your own convenience within the given time frame. If successful, you will be sent an assessment to complete. If you receive a positive score on your assessment, you will then be invited to a final interview with senior members of our Creative team, which will include a short presentation that you can prepare for in advance. Our standard recruitment process typically lasts around 2-3 weeks, however, this can be adapted if necessary.
