Digital Marketing Assistant (9 month FTC)

This 9-month fixed term contract role for a Digital Marketing Assistant and will report to the Senior Digital Manager in London and work closely with the other four members of the team.

This role has a strong focus on supporting updates to the existing global website and international language websites, alongside supporting other digital marketing activities.

Training will be given where required, but you will need experience using a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe AEM, Umbraco, or similar.

Requirements

Website support  

  • Create and edit article, bio, case study, and podcast pages that assist conversions as well as adhering to SEO best practice, accessibility standards and website governance policies. This will involve using the Sitecore Content Management System (CMS).
  • Support page creation and updates for the international language websites ensuring the content is presented in a compelling way that supports good user experience (UX) and conversions.
  • Assist with website auditing work such as archiving old pages. 

SEO 

  • Help make website changes to improve SEO performance using tools such as SEMrush and Google Search Console.

Analytics

  • Support the team with ad-hoc requests for website analysis using Google Analytics 4 and other tools such as Hotjar.

Essential Knowledge and Experience

  • Digital Marketing experience, or a relevant qualification or training.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Team player and resourceful.
  • A high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Proven multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work unsupervised
