Digital Marketing and Special Projects Manager - TuneCore (H/F)

TuneCore is looking for a Digital Marketing and Special Projects Manager to support its TuneCore Accelerator artist development programs for its High Value Clients. This opportunity oversees the artist development program for our high profile artists and B2B label and manager clients, working in tandem with TuneCore’s parent company, Believe, to develop and offer marketing products and services to increase artist and label success and early to long term artist development.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing - Believe with a dotted line to the TuneCore CRO, the Digital Marketing and Special Projects Manager understands how marketing programs developed by Believe will benefit TuneCore artists and B2B clients at all stages of artist career development. The Digital Marketing and Special Projects Manager will be involved in the development and coordination of the expansion of the suite of marketing programs that are developed by Believe in coordination with our digital streaming partners to be used by TuneCore artists and labels.

This role will be based out of Paris.

The tasks and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:


What You’ll Do


● Oversee the digital marketing component of TuneCore Accelerator, TuneCore’s artist development
program for our high profile artists and B2B label and manager clients
● Develop, pilot and expand new marketing products and services for TuneCore Accelerator working
together with TuneCore’s parent company, Believe
● Educate TuneCore’s internal teams on the new marketing products and services developed for
TuneCore Accelerator

● Coordinate TuneCore’s internal team’s involvement in pilots and expansion of new marketing
products and services for TuneCore Accelerator developed with Believe.
● Oversee and execute digital marketing local activities, from negotiation to creation and execution of innovative & creative marketing campaigns with digital platforms
● Provide regular reports to TuneCore’s internal teams on results via performance analysis and KPIs overview

● 5 years of experience in the music industry, preferably focused in digital marketing
● Broad knowledge of the current and global digital music market, digital landscape, and trends
● Passion for independent music and artist development
● Target driven and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing workload; you’re comfortable with substantial cold-calling and outreach activity
● An in-depth understanding of the digital service providers landscape.
● Ability to imagine and build artist marketing campaigns to develop visibility on digital service providers
● A keen interest in digital technologies and digital marketing opportunities
● Data-driven: the ability to analyze and use data to optimize streams and release strategy

Education

● BS/BA degree or higher
