ROLE PURPOSE:
The position will be accountable for operational tasks to support marketing and sales campaign execution in Romania and Moldova. The holder will act as key enabler in the area campaigns process roll-out. Main focus of the role is on digital tools administration, online & social media platforms and marketing automation.
Administrate social media, website, online platforms and marketing automation
Define digital marketing strategies with marketing, sales and digital agencies
Identify and nurture leads leveraging digital tools
Provide analytical reports to support management understanding of business performance and trends for the social media/omnichannel campaigns
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Implement impactful customer journeys through SFDC marketing cloud, with a focus on making the growers journey easy and enjoyable and collecting insights along the way (example integrated NPS survey and polls)
Establish process, tools and methods that build and track customer personas and improve customer experiences through more targeted and relevant marketing campaigns
Set the right goals, KPIs, matrices and benchmarks to effectively measure success and monitor progress of digital marketing campaigns, including the adoption of the digital marketing analytics dashboard for all campaigns
Manage online platforms and company projects/programmes (e-commerce, DDG, cashback Program, AgriClime, CommodityPro, DMS) and marketing automation implementation (event automation, interactive and dynamic emails, journey builder, email survey using dynamic content)
Involved in delivering the digital marketing strategy and other regional and global projects roll-out
Perform online platforms maintenance service, sanity checks and updates (e.g., website or other online platforms); provides support to the field force in promoting the online platforms and build campaigns to assure conversion
Execute e-commerce and self-service marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads conversions and MQLs
Ensure that online platforms operate in accordance with legal frame (e.g., personal data protection)
Integrate data from online programs/platforms to CRM (SFDC)
Build content for Syngenta owned media and paid media. Update website and Syngenta social media channels with necessary materials. Post social media content on various channels, leveraging a dedicated platform
Monitor, report adoption rate & usage, drive shareholders engagement and train new joiners
Run analyzes in social media platforms and analyze together with the campaign management team and digital agency to improve campaign ROI
Support CRM Lead in CRM marketing related activities
Support the development initiatives, website development and social media channels by working closely with CRM & Digital Marketing Manager CU (Commercial Unit) Black Sea
Take active part in the 5 years planning process, by providing sales and market reports and data quality-check to campaign teams and management
Critical experience and knowledge:
3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing. SFDC and Marketing Cloud knowledge is an advantage
Website management and content management (Drupal) is an advantage
Digital marketing strategy, social media and content management experience is an advantage
Customer Experience Management, Customer Journey Mapping and Lead Nurturing Experience preferred
Strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies
Marketing automation and lead management expertise
Hands on experience with SEO, web traffic and social media metrics
Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of comfort with data-driven problem solving
Able to build strong relationships with agencies and business partners
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority, acting as a change agent
Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and translate technical information into business benefits
