Digital Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities: 

Work experience: 4 to 6  years

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display ads.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), etc.

    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.

    • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to enhance marketing strategies.

  2. Campaign Management:

    • Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.

    • Analyze user behavior and adjust campaigns to optimize conversion rates.

  3. Strategy Development & Optimization:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.

    • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to improve campaign performance.

    • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaigns.

  4. PPC Analysis:

    • Analyze and optimize PPC ad performance, ensuring campaigns are achieving the best possible results.

    • Track budget allocation and monitor campaign spend to ensure cost-effectiveness.

    • Provide regular performance reports and suggest areas of improvement.

  5. Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work with cross-functional teams such as content, SEO, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across digital marketing initiatives.

    • Present campaign performance data and insights to stakeholders, including marketing managers and senior leadership. 






 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field Or 4 to 5 years of work experience as a digital marketing analyst. 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, data analysis, and PPC campaign management.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics and advertising tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
