Reporting to the our VP, Client Management in Brazil, as an Account Executive you'll support customer relationship management, help manage a client portfolio, ensuring you understand your clients business objectives. You are experienced in sales and customer service, and are a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Elaboration of weekly monitoring reports with results vs. plan
- Quality controls with listening in Customer Service especially focused on commercial attention
- Prepare monthly reports
- Support the efficient running of your assigned client accounts
- Understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client
- Partner with other capabilities or teams to complete tasks (eg. a product, project management, billing)
- Understanding of Jellyfish's value proposition
- Understand the Everyday Fundamental Tools for Client Management
- Analyze client data to provide strategic recommendations that align with clients' business goals.
- Client-facing skills, team worker, and communicative person
- 2 years of experience in a accounts/customer service role
- Experienced in developing and presenting proposals that address client needs
- General knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, GMP, Analytics value and operation
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and ability to connect to Jellyfish culture
- A passion for digital and stay up to date with industry trends and new skills
- Strong organizational skills
