About The Role
GroupM is seeking for a Digital Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital services while maintaining a holistic view of the client's needs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of service delivered in the digital realm, driving customer satisfaction, and generating new business opportunities. You’ll closely monitor the client's business, proactively identifying areas for improvement and growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results that align with the client's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management and Strategy Development:
- Maintain a holistic view of the client, monitoring their business and the quality of digital service delivery.
- Develop digital strategies and conduct internal debriefs (solution design);
- Manage priorities with clients and the Client Lead team;
- Support the definition of SOW and key processes for each client;
- Provide support to campaign managers when needed.
- Managing the investment of a portfolio of clients, from strategic planning to the delivery of results.
Service Delivery and Optimization:
- Ensure excellence in delivery, monitoring optimization efforts;
- Liaise with other digital services and programmatic solutions teams;
- Identify opportunities for case studies, tests, and other initiatives;
- Plan and purchase non-programmatic media (National Publishers, Criteo, RTB, etc.).
Business Growth and Profitability:
- Identify and develop new opportunities for growth;
- Focus on results and profitability of digital offerings (effort vs. outcome);

Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in an agency context, will be valuable);
- Experience in managing small teams will be valuable;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Management, or related fields;
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Solid organizational and project management skills;
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform and other biddable platforms;
- Proficiency in web analytics tools;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- May need to travel occasionally (both nationally and internationally).
- Fluency in Portuguese.
