As a Digital Learning Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing and developing engaging digital learning experiences that make a real impact. This role allows you to collaborate with subject matter experts to transform ideas into engaging experiences while contributing to our overarching goals and mission.
Specifically, you will:
Create dynamic and interactive digital learning content
Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform ideas into engaging experiences
Use modern tools to design, develop, and publish e-learning materials & learning paths, preferred with our SMG Learning Universe platform (LXP & LMS with author tool)
Own and further develop our SMG Learning platform
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital education and innovation
Drive communication and awareness of the learning platform, ensuring employees engage with the SMG Learning Universe resources
Be the go-to person for facilitators and participants, providing organisational support for training & workshops and creating processes for feedback to improve our learning experiences
Drive and facilitate our onboarding journey for new employees globally (remote)
Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow.
Passion for learning, development, and content creation, with a digital focus.
Experience with e-learning platforms (LXP) and learning management systems (LMS).
Creative thinker with a passion for design and an eye for details, good communication, collaboration and project management skills.
Ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English (German is a plus).
Proficiency in utilising Google Suite tools.
