About the Internship
This is a full-time internship program for a period of 6 months.
What you'll be doing
- Social community management, online media monitoring of client’s owned social platforms and/or competitor platforms and other digital channels (e.g., forums, blogs etc.).
- Digital analytics and reporting, assist in the analyzing and reporting on performance of social and digital content, including the identification of key takeaways and imperatives, as well as actionable recommendations based on insights gathered from data.
- Social and digital content planning and creation. Provide support in the strategizing and execution of online storytelling across both digital and social media platforms (e.g., brainstorming content ideas, prepare content calendar, copywriting etc.), including briefings and liaison with creative team on new content briefs or feedback from client.
- Research for client industry/new business pitches. Assist consultants with research requests across all business units, including digital and social media audits of client’s (and competitors) existing online assets.
- New business proposal – Participate in brainstorms and support in the preparation of new business pitch proposals.
- Digital paid amplification and strategy. Assist in the planning and execution of paid media amplification across digital and social media platforms.
- Social and digital listening. Assist in analyzing and reporting on online mentions, including the identification of key takeaways (e.g., influential authors, notable conversation topics for content ideation/ trend jacking opportunities, ad-hoc crisis management etc.) and actionable recommendations.
While you will gain exposure from this internship, you will also participate in training sessions covering fundamentals of all paid, owned, and earned engagement.
