Digital Innovation Consultant

• work with our business units to create awareness, identify and explore innovation opportunities in the areas of (Gen)AI, Quantum Computing, Unlimited Reality/Web 3.0, and new topics;
• design and lead experiments to test and validate new ideas and solutions;
• enable and facilitate the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies across the organization;
• lead your own innovation projects, big and small, within the innovation programs;
• build enthusiasm and communities of practice that help you scale your efforts across the firm.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Digital Innovation Consultant: 

• a Masters Degree (WO) with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• proven track record (2-7 years) of leading and delivering technology driven (transformation) innovation projects or programs in complex and dynamic environments; 
• experience in Design Thinking and/or Change management;
• outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

As a Digital Innovation Consultant you will have the opportunity to make a substantial impact by introducing and integrating emerging technologies within the company. You will identify key innovation opportunities, lead successful experiments, and foster the adoption of transformative solutions across our business units. This role is pivotal in accelerating the digital transformation at Deloitte, influencing the firm's direction in technology spaces such as (Gen)AI, Quantum Computing, and Unlimited Reality/Web 3.0.
