We are looking for a Digital Health Device Installer to join our Vayyar Partner Success team. The role works with our Technical Projects Team and performs the onsite installation of all hardware related to our solutions. Installation work will include (but not limited to) work in Nursing Homes, Memory Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted/Independent Living type facilities. The right candidate is passionate about customer success, works well independently, has a very keen attention to detail, and loves diverse work assignments. 

Note: Position is full-time, 100% remote, and will require a frequent travel.

What Will Be Your Main Activities?

  • Execute installation of Digital Health Devices in the field, in a variety of building construction types, based on the aesthetic needs of the client and technology solutions offered by Vayyar
  • Support customers on a highly technical product thru explanation of functionality & troubleshooting
  • Assess and support client satisfaction and solution adoption to actively contribute to customer success
  • Work as part of a team to respond quickly and efficiently to evolving customer needs and opportunities
  • Prepare customer documentation - writing, organization, and upkeep
  • Collaborate with other internal teams on customer care, technical parameters, and customer feedback for product development
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of best practices and processes as the product and team develop
  • Additional projects as they relate to the scope of work for the product

Requirements

  • 5 years of professional experience running  low-voltage cable and installing technology equipment in both residential and commercial environments with a high focus on aesthetic results
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with and troubleshooting technology products
  • A minimum of 5 years of networking experience including both wired and wireless networks highly desirable
  • Experience in healthcare desirable but not required
