Digital Designer

The Digital Designer for Media.Monks is responsible for producing fit-for-platform, on brand and based on best practices omnichannel content for the world’s most renown brands. Proficient in using Adobe Design software, Figma and is actively exploring AI-enabled technology for enhancing own productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • They will specialise in designing, adapting and localising static visuals and storyboards for ATL and BTL (ecomm and in-store) advertising and will demonstrate impeccable production skills from realistic task estimations and debriefings to delivering assets on time, on brief and according to the technical specifications.
  • They will collaborate with Project Managers and Producers to drive clarity, consistency and quality through all stages of the production process.
  • They will work as part of a global team of designers, illustrators, animators and art directors that produces world-class work.
  • The job is about harmonising style, craft intelligence, speed and scale to meet the evolving needs of brands for innovative and eye-catching content. 
  • Pixel perfection and error-free ad content are important. Designer will safeguard quality at all times and work together with visual QAs in order to achieve that.
  • Designer will work with other Designers in their local and global teams to ensure proper tasks distribution, realistic and balanced workload, while driving excellence through training, knowledge transfer and on-the-job coaching of more Junior colleagues.
  • Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, Designer will propose amendments to existing processes to remove waste, duplication of effort, delays and ensure transparency.  

Background & Skills

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a Digital Assets Designer. Agency experience is nice to have.
  • You've mastered Illustrator and Photoshop skills. Figma knowledge is a great plus.
  • You are capable of adapting to different workflows & automation tooling solutions and fit-for-purpose design softwares. Stay abreast of new developments in the industry and explore new software solutions or design workflows if applicable.
  • You are able to maintain and optimise the efficient production process to achieve error-free and timely deliveries. 
  • You have the ability to fluently speak english.
  • You are detail oriented and pixel-perfect.
  • You are methodic and solution oriented.
