The Opportunity: Vancouver, BC
Full Time: 40hr/week, no remote option

GeoComply is a hyper-growth female-led Canadian tech unicorn that uses powerful and innovative location detection technology to help prevent digital fraud. To put it in simpler terms, we help our customers know exactly where their users are.
As a Digital Design Intern, you will play a key role in liaising with stakeholders to develop collateral for product marketing, campaign assets, website updates, and graphics, creating layouts and designs that talk to the audience while aligning with the content strategy for GeoComply.

Are you a Digital Designer with a strong portfolio of work that captures attention, makes an impact, and communicates the right message through responsive web pages? Do you have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into visual design projects?
About You

Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design or a related field of study, with a portfolio of electronic web design projects.

Experience with image design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign)

A keen eye for visual details and a strong aesthetic sense.

Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Knowledge and experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS is a plus.
Key Responsibilities

Support keeping our website updated, making audits, uploading content, and building campaign landing pages.

Design visual imagery for websites, social media, and digital campaigns, ensuring that they are in line with company branding.

Create high-fidelity mock-ups for vetting and stakeholder approval.

Collaborate with developers to ensure proper integration and optimization to create the best possible user experience.

Design newsletters and any other graphics as needed on a wide range of projects to support communications and other teams.

Create email designs for CRM programs and coordinate the creation of email templates in HTML.
