This position is ideal for design students or recent graduates who are looking to gain an insight into life in an agency or commercial environment. The internship will provide a valuable opportunity to get hands-on design experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
As a Digital Design Intern at Costello Medical, you will support with a wide range of digital projects, including the creation of interactive content for conferences and events, the development of digital marketing materials such as HTML emails, web banners and social media graphics, as well as the design, maintenance, and testing of new and existing website and web applications. We are therefore looking for talented individuals with a great understanding of aesthetics and a meticulous attention to detail.
This internship involves close collaboration with experienced members of the Creative team who will provide full training on the technical aspects of the role and effective client communication. A high level of organisation and flexibility is essential as you will be working on multiple projects at a time.

As a Digital Design Intern in the Creative team, you will have the option to select an internship length of either 3 or 6 months, enabling you to develop your skills whilst learning from experienced members of the team. Additionally, there is the opportunity for strong candidates to apply for the Digital Designer role and join our expanding team on a permanent basis. Our recruitment process starts with a self-recorded video interview via our online application system, which is then reviewed by a member of the Talent Acquisition team. If successful, you will be invited to a final interview with senior members of our Creative team, which includes a portfolio review. This role will ideally commence on Monday 2nd December 2024. However, we can also consider applications from those seeking a deferred start date in early 2025. However, please note that our team in London are relocating to a new office space in December, and as a result, we will only be able to offer the role in our new London office from January 2025 onwards.

The stipend for interns is £2,150 per calendar month, and you will be entitled to statutory holiday.
