KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Digital CRM & Loyalty Specialist to join our Global Digital Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible of the strategy & execution of loyalty reward program within budget and relevant to brand.
- Create annual & seasonal customer experiences: from conceptualization to execution to drive customer retention, increase CLV and brand advocacy
- Responsible for high ROAS CRM campaigns via cross-sell/ upsell
- Design web/app customer journeys and ensure timely delivery by vendor
- Drive implementation of industry leading new features & content in order to reach registration/ retention targets
- Maximize customer registrations to the loyalty scheme via digital & instore activations
- Recruit and retain new customer / revenue across all of our sales channels
- Analyze user adoption rates through sellout reports, surveys and field research
- Manage daily / weekly and monthly processes (vendors)
- Report results, KPIs and Insights
Requirements
- 3- 5 years of experience in CRM & Digital Marketing
- Experience in Loyalty Programmes specifically in Beauty will considered a plus
- Experience in advance analytics will be a plus
- Experience in Tools: PowerBI / Google analytics / Klaviyo (email/ sms) or,One signal (push notifications) other CRM tools will be a plus
- Strong Communication and influencing skills
- Strong ownership skills and flexibility
- Analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Critical thinking combined with a problem-solving attitude
- Good grasp of financial data
- A natural Entrepreneurial way of thinking
- Fluent English is mandatory
