As the IT Product Manager for Digital Core Services, you will be the driving force behind the evolution of our digital platform. You'll report to the head of IT and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver a product vision that aligns with business objectives and drives innovation. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the future of our technology landscape.
What you'll do:

Strategic Leadership: Define and own the product vision and strategy for our digital platform services. Develop and evolve a roadmap that anticipates market trends and user needs.

Technical Expertise: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with engineers to create proof-of-concepts and ensure feasibility.

Team Management: Lead and mentor the Digital Core IT product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to drive successful product development and launch.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to measure product success and inform future enhancements.

Customer Focus: Continuously engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical and project risks.

Communication: Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
What you need for this role:
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Tech Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Deep understanding of user interfaces, web services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, with the ability to align product, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.
- Visionary decision-making, utilizing data-driven insights to drive innovative outcomes in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across the organization.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, collaborating with senior leadership and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of the digital product roadmap.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
