Job Description
Overall job responsibility
- Responsible for supporting the Account Manager and team in the execution and administration of digital campaigns/projects & all processes related to Sales and Campaign Operations. The key focus will be on administrative tasks and may include responding to email queries, generating insertion orders (IOs) & chase lists, and ensuring 100% accuracy. Filing documents in SharePoint
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns under guidance of the Account Manager
- Ensure sign off/ approval (IOs, schedules, creative copies) of all campaign elements by relevant stakeholder prior to go live
- Brief and manage Publishers on campaign elements, following up on outstanding actions of to ensure campaigns run according to client’s brief/requirement.
- Request proof of the campaign going live, and send to the client, within 48 hours of the campaign going live
- Get screenshots of live campaigns where possible
- Daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
- Adhere to the standard operating procedures
- Manage and track operational queries ensuring feedback loop to all relevant stakeholders
- Filing of all final and signed documents in SharePoint.
- Sales Activity Reporting– Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities through our CRM
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting– Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuously management of sales activity – new, renewals and upsells
- Professional, personable, and good work ethics, with the desire to grow, share, and collaborate
- Booking/ Loading of Campaigns
- Daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met
- Review/Analyse campaign pacing, performance and make recommendations for optimization
- Complete campaign reports & analysis
- Booking and loading media campaigns on Navision and Symphony that aligns with approved MSP’s/PO’s
- Responsible for the accurate billing to client based on PO’s received.

- Proficient in excel and formulas.

- Knowledge in campaign setups on Meta and other platforms is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Ideally 2+ year`s working experience in digital advertising/marketing
- Knowledge of the Telecommunication/Mobile industry and the Value-Added services
- Digital marketing knowledge and experience preferred:
- Experience/knowledge using Google Analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft & Excel, applications and internet-savvy
- Experience in a high volume/fast-paced industry is preferred; experience in identifying prospective clients through various marketing channels
